•  Application documents for Incorporation of Securities Company as stipulated in the article 52 of Law on Securities
•   1.1. An application pursuant to the form of the Lao Securities Commission (LSC);
•   1.2. A joint venture agreemen;
•   1.3. By-laws of the company;
•   1.4. Copies of an enterprise registration certificate and by-laws of an applicant who is a juristic
•       person;
•   1.5. Certificates of educational qualifications, a certificate of criminal record, board of directors
•       and directors’s curriculum vitae;
•   1.6. A list of shareholders and shareholding ratio, curriculum vitae of shareholders and copies of
•       identification cards or passports of shareholders who are persons;
•   1.7. Financial statements, which have been audited by an audit firm, of the shareholders who
•       are juristic persons;
•   1.8. A business plan at least for the first three years after the incorporation.


•   In addition, additional application documents for incorporation of securities company shall include as stipulated in the article 3 of Regulation on Securities Company Establishment and Operation No. 002/LSC, dated 24 July 2013 as the following documents:


•    1. An agreement with at least one custodian bank (correspondent bank) to conduct on
•       settlement activities;
•    2. Other documents as stipulated by the Lao Securities Commission (LSC).
